Build Big Biceps With FST-7 Training Program

this program is good enough for Mr. Olympia Jay Cutler, then it is certainly good enough for me. Use this routine FST-7 to build big biceps.

This program focuses on a system that I developed many years ago called "fascia stretching training", more commonly known as FST-7. The main focus of FST-7 is to maximize their muscle pump with high volume and high intensity training-7 sets of 10-12 repetitions with only 30-45 seconds rest between sets and stretch the fascia (the sheath that covers skeletal muscle) in every repetition.

1-SPIDER CURL
7 sets of 10-12 reps 

 2-EZ-BAR CURL
3 sets of 8-10 reps



3-INCLINE DUMBBELL CURL
3 sets of 8-10 

 4-CABLE HAMMER CURLS - ROPE ATTACHMENT
7 sets of 10-12 reps
