Do you want to have huge chest muscles but do not know the proper top chest training to perform? Having a massive upper chest can only be achieved by effecting proper exercise. So keep reading to know the different types of upper chest exercises and comment them out properly.
Chest exercise is considered the darling of many bodybuilders since the chest is one of the body parts that we want to develop first. The problem is that it has been poorly done as the focus is always on the lower chest muscles. You must perform the upper chest training to get the solid body, well in top shape you desire.

Here are some of the chest workouts that you can do:

1. Bench press is a chest workout being performed by many bodybuilders who are aiming for massive chest muscles.Aside from improving the bulk of your chest muscles, it also strengthens them. One includes a weightlifting bench. To make sure you get thick chest muscles, the best way to do this is to bring the bar / dumbbell right down to your chest. Also, it is best to set the seatback angle of 30 to 45 degrees as you put more pressure on your shoulders than your chest.

2. Incline flies is another chest exercise that works on the entire upper chest muscle group. The weightlifting bench and dumbbells are also used in a different way from the armrest. With this exercise, you start with your arms on your sides, then slowly lift them up until the dumbbells come closer to the maximum height. Here's a tip: for best results, tighten your upper chest muscles while the dumbbells are together then release them gradually while lowering your arms down.

3. Cable crossover is an exercise that requires a bodybuilder to go in to a gym for the equipment that will be used. This exercise works by grasping the cables while the arms are slightly curved. Once you are sure of a firm price and a sufficient balance, pull down the handles until they rest in front of your middle section. The purpose of this exercise is to get a good pump going into your chest.

4 Top Bicep Techniques Usually Underestimated

1. The first technique is by far the newest out of all the techniques and that is the squat curl.
Explanation Exercise Video...
A squat curl is more for power than size, but at the very least increasing your strength will allow you to build more mass later on. Start with a normal stance feet shoulder with apart and dumbbells parallel to your body then squat down till the dumbbells touch the ground, then spring back up and curl at the same time. You can go very heavy on this exercise and you should in order to really overload your biceps.

2. The always famous incline curls.
Exercise Video...
I started doing this a long time ago because of how well they insulate the biceps and really force a great contraction. When starting out, use less of an angle and light weight and work your way up to your normal weight. This exercise you would do at the end of a workout due to the incredible pump it gives you.

3. 21's! Yes the old favorite of 7,7,7 should be used every once in a while to really blast your biceps for major growth. The first 7 reps should be with heavy weight, the second set with light weight, and the final set with very little weight. This is a great mid workout exercise because of the cardio benefits that come along with all the reps.

4. Hammer curls. I like the curl hammer because it is very easy on your wrist and allow you to use a slightly heavier weight. I use this exercise in my workout routine to actually work off the biceps. When you start doing this do not be afraid to go heavy and really push the limits.

VARIETY IS THE KEY of growth. Doing repetitively the same workout is not only boring, but will eventually cause your results to plateau. Even if you train in the gym, your efforts are not rewarded because your body had adapted to your current workout.

By targeting your muscles to new angles, you activate the various muscle fibers leading to new growth. Add these three exercises to your next workout of the arms and breathing a new life into your routine. Adieu annoying, hello results.

How to get a BIGGER UPPER CHEST

During my five years of training I have found that my upper chest didn’t fill out as well as my lower chest. Over the course of my training I started to look into ways to target and isolated the upper chest even more so I could cause more growth in that area.

One thing to note is that the entire chest contracts as one muscle so when you do a normal flat bench press you are hitting the upper chest as well.

We can cause more blood flow and contraction in the upper chest with slightly varied angles though which will allow more growth in that area to happen.

The exercises that I came across to be some of the most effective are:

Shoulder Workout For BIG FULL Shoulders

Having broad, solid shoulders are an essential part to a total body development workout. Shoulder work is often neglected in favor of more visible muscles such as the chest, arms and abdominal muscles. In some respects, this is acceptable as the shoulders receive a lot of indirect work from most exercises as the press bench. However, I do believe the exercises that target the shoulders directly are necessary to develop the muscles of the shoulder to its maximum potential. I will highlight the best exercises to achieve this result.

7 Reasons Your Muscles Stop Growing

One of the great things about working out is that when we first start there are results right away. Your training hard, your feel great and your muscles are growing. Then all of a sudden you just stop growing. All this hard work week after week and your muscles are not getting any bigger. What's the deal? I am going to discuss 7 reasons why your muscles may have stopped growing and how to get them to start growing again.

You are training too much. This is a mistake that a lot of people make. When you first start out your muscles will grow no matter how you workout. So they naturally think that they are doing things right. The thing is when you lift weight you are breaking your muscles down and if you don't give them adequate time to heal they will not grow. You should only work out a muscle group once a week. Two at the very most.

You are training too long. Spending 3 hours in the gym is really bad for muscle growth. Most people who fall victim to the mentality more time and harder work out the bigger and stronger I will get. When in fact after about 45 minutes working out your cortisol levels will increase. This is a hormone known to break down muscle tissue. If you continue to train with cortisol that runs through your blood you are doing more harm than good. So while the workouts should be intense they should not last for more than an hour.

You do not get enough sleep. By tying to build muscle everything more better sleep. This is the time when the greatest muscle growth occurs. If you can find the time for more than 8 hours you will see increase your muscle growth. Never get less than 8 hours.

He is abusing alcohol. Alcohol is the enemy when it comes to building muscle. It is detrimental to all functions in your body and making you lose muscle mass. You are not changing your routine If you do not change your routine every 6-8 weeks, your muscle adapts to the exercises you are doing and no longer trigger the response to growth.

You are not progressively overloading your muscles. This is truly the key to muscle growth and if you are not doing it you are not going to be any bigger. There are two things you should do each week if you want to grow. You should lift more weight than you did last week or do more reps. This is the only way to trigger the growth response in muscles.

You are not eating protein. Your body can not store the excess protein you consume. In order to maintain the proper protein level for muscle growth you should consume whole proteins every 2 hours or less. Never more than 4 hours without eating protein. If you do your body started to break your muscles to get the protein you need to make it work.

If you are doing any of these you can cause your muscle to stop growing. Even if you are training hard any of these can cause a hit a plateau.

4 Exercises for HUGE Shoulder Gains

To build mass, always begin your workout with the most demanding exercises-multi-head head presses, in the case of deltas-that allow you to push more weight. In this mass training, a second multi-joint movement is as follows, followed by movements of a single joint for each of the three ceilings: front, center and rear. This is the basis for a solid mass workout. Keeping the volume fairly high also promotes muscle growth.

Goal Overall Delt Mass

Because the front delts get as much work on the day of the breast, and the middle delts take the weight weight in the pressing movements from above, it is not uncommon for the back delts to be the smallest - and weakest - the three. In this training, you will do them before the other two, while you have a little more energy in the tank. However, feel free to rearrange the order of single-joint movements based on your weaknesses. If you judge that your deltas are quite balanced, simply turn the order of the movements of a single joint from one training to another.

5 Effective Exercises for the Upper Chest

One of the most common training questions out there is how to aim your upper chest (or inner, outer, and lower for that matter). Boys want to know if there is a specific chest exercise that allows them to get superior superiority, faster, if done in their workouts.

The upper chest fibers have a greater mechanical advantage to work when shoulder flexion passes 90 degrees and combine with horizontal adduction and internal shoulder rotation. That means, to get a bigger upper chest that wants to be sure to include chest exercises that put your arm in this position.

It is true that you can influence the degree of superior pectoral or breast growth by using the correct chest exercises in your workouts.

The 5 Best Lat Exercises You're Not Doing

Your workouts sometimes feel like a meal you've been eating every day for years. On the next day, it's rows and pull-downs. Next time, rows and pull-ups. And for the truly inspired, flip the script and you have pull-ups and rows.

But not today. Instead of serving the same ol 'dish, we bid farewell to the chef and came with a menu of all new days back. So let's take out the old-including this tired kitchen metaphor- with five new exercises worth trying on your back training.

1. Single-Arm Long-Bar Row

About this movement: Set for the bar to be along its side (an alternate version with the bar perpendicular to what is known as a row of meadows.) With your chest facing up and flat back, bend and grab the bar Close to neck with A neutral grip, keeping your knees bent. Pull your elbow as high as possible, but do not rotate your body, keep it square and looking forward. Always have the neutral head aligned too.

 2. Decline Dumbbell Pull-Over

About this movement: Choose a bench that has about 45 degree slope, and lay a unique dumbbell on the floor at its base. Hook your legs under the rest, and reach back for weight. Your arms should be almost straight, but your elbows should be unlocked and stay in more or less the same position throughout the movement. Pull the weight up to a point somewhere on your chest, really focusing on pulling with your lats.

Key training tip:

This is a single-joint movement, so don't try to turn it into a powerlift. Go light, and do it last in your workout after all your other back exercises for 3 sets of 10-15 reps.

3. Single-Arm Cable Row

About this movement Sets as if you were doing a row of cable sitting with your knees bent and your back slightly arched, sitting high. Grip the handle with one hand, pulling your elbow as far back as possible without twisting your body to one side. Remove the shoulder blade, and give the muscles of the middle part of the back a moment before allowing the weight to pull your arm back to the starting position.

 4. Kneeling Isolateral Cable Pull-Down

About this movement: Place the cables in the upper position, and quite the handles. That's right, just grab the rubber balls. Walk on each side and take the right cable in your right hand and the left cable in your left hand, holding the ball between your thumb and forefinger.

 5. Single-Arm Smith Machine Row

About this movement: It may seem as straightforward as it can be, but getting your body in the optimal position to pull is difficult. Place the bar near the bottom of the Smith apparatus, and disengage precautions so that the bar approaches the floor. Stand toward the unit, toward the center of the bar. Bend about 45 degrees with a flat back, and place your outer hand on your knee for support. Use a split pose for balance with your knees bent and your back foot almost under the bar.

The intensity has a roof. And when you've reached it, it's time to try another approach, like increasing the training frequency of your arm. With an intermediate or advanced training division of less than 5-6 days, you can easily train your biceps and triceps, small muscle groups that recover fairly quickly, twice a week.

No, this approach will not work indefinitely. But over the course of six weeks, it's a simple way to add volume to add the added size where other approaches have come short!

The answer is a division like this, which builds 48 hours between the workouts for the push and pull-day muscles, allowing ample recovery time.
